We support unmoderated testing as we believe in capturing system 1 responses (based on intuition and instinct). We would recommend intervening user journey with any moderated user testing to avoid bringing in bias. However, we do have the end to end session recordings and the same is accessible on the platform in real time as soon as the user test journey is completed.
We do not support this currently due to constraints from the tester's end. Generally, most respondents do not allow screen access when it comes to banking. If a tester is comfortable, we can go ahead.
CCTV camera studies are a custom requirement. We generally take up the CCTV recording and decode emotions from that. The resolution should be decent enough.

Eye Tracking accuracy on a mobile depends on the screen size & stability of the mobile while the respondent is using it. Hence, laptop-based Eye Tracking is higher in accuracy, about 92 accurate compared to a 60-70% accuracy on mobiles.
The process of calibration is very much the same, but Eye Tracking has the challenge of meeting the accuracy of a certain level, considering the screen size. Hence, there is a high dependency on Facial Coding for mobile studies.

Entropik does not ask for or collect any personal information as a part of our data curation. As a part of our Facial Coding technology, we ask users for their explicit consent to turn on the camera prior to displaying the stimuli. A clear demonstration of how the camera will capture the data is given beforehand. All frontal face data features are extracted, and the videos are deleted as soon as the technical features required for emotion prediction are extracted in the data processing pipeline.
Our privacy policy details all the information on what kind of data we collect, how we collect it, and where we store it. We also provide means for users to have their nonidentifiable data to be removed from our database. Database access is strictly restricted, and the developers and other personnel within the company do not have access to the production database or the production environment.
