Once you log in to your Decode account, you will arrive on the dashboard.

On the left navigation panel, click on the “+” icon to open the research page.

On the Research page, from the left panel, you can either choose the ‘Surveys’ or the ‘Live interviews’ option, depending on if you want qualitative or quantitative results.

If you select the ‘Surveys’ option, you can choose the Customer satisfaction template that will give you a mix of questions, from a simple checkbox to Likert scales and short answers. You can customize the study to add or remove any blocks you want.

If you select the Live interviews’ option, you can choose the ‘One on one meeting’ template which will open up to let you fill in the meeting details, such as the date, time, language, and the details of the moderators and participants. You can also modify this template by adding any new blocks you wish.

Once you fill in the required details, click on the “Save” and then the "Publish" button to launch the study.

Once the study is published, an invite will be sent to the user to attend the meeting.

After publishing the study, you will automatically be directed to the share tab, where you will find the Meeting URLs for sharing the meetings.
